In 2019, Bob and Eric had the opportunity to purchase Pizza Crossing from the original owners. Long before becoming owners, they were employees, working side by side with the team, learning the recipes, serving customers, and understanding what made Pizza Crossing special. When the business changed hands, their goal was simple: don’t change what already works.

They kept the same business model, the same recipes, and the same quality ingredients that customers had trusted for years. Just as importantly, they kept the entire staff—because Pizza Crossing has always been about the people behind the counter as much as the food coming out of the kitchen.

Today, the dough is still made in-house, the standards remain high, and the service is as friendly and dependable as ever. The difference is that the people who once worked here now proudly own it.
